This is not employment. Providers stay independent and run their own business.

Who We Are Looking For

We want contractors who do real flatwork and take pride in it. That can include:

• Driveway pours and replacements
• Patios, from broom finish to stamped and colored work
• Walkways, steps, and other concrete flatwork
• Base prep, forming, grading, and drainage

Specialists are welcome too, as long as the work fits what homeowners ask for.

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting a stranger with their yard, so the bar is simple:

• Hold any license, registration, and insurance your area requires
• Give clear written quotes and explain scope in plain words
• Answer homeowner contacts politely and reasonably promptly
• Be honest about schedules, weather delays, and limits of the job
• Follow local codes and permit rules

We do not promise any volume of requests, and availability depends on your service area and the season.
